Marks on Nose: Unfortunately there is not a good cure for the nose pad marks on the sides of your nose. You could try a frame without nose pads, such as a plastic frame. You could also consider refractive surgery to rid yourself of glasses. Ask you eyecare professional what is the best option for you.

Different lenses?: There are 2 ways to reduce the deep marks from glasses: 1.- lighter frames, and 2.- different lenses. High index lenses are thinner and can treat higher prescriptions with lower weight. Titanium frames are much lighter than plastic and other metals and are amazingly strong. Other alternatives include contact lenses or refractive surgery.

Nasal marks: Your optician can change the nasal pads for larger silicone pads which will minimize the marks. You can substitute plastic lenses for glass lenses which will lessen the weight your nose has to carry. You can change the glasses for all plastic frames which do not have nasal pads. You can also each morning put a little skin cream on the pad which will lessen the effect.
