No: Most people do not feel them at all.

No: Usually when you first put it in, you feel it for a few seconds, but once smoothed over, you don't feel it. You can get eye dryness and feel that, especially after extended wear for some people. However if something rough got under the lens, you would feel a foreign body sensation.
