Dry eye syndrome: Can make contact lens wear difficult for many. The fake lashes should not be a major issue. You should work with your ophthalmologist to identify potential factors causing your dry eyes so your ocular health improves allowing more comfort, better vision and improved success with contact lens wear. You can still use contact lenses with dry eyes though.

Maybe, and yes: contact lenses can make eyes feel dryer. It depends on how dry your eyes are, what contact lenses you use and what treatments you are using for dry eyes. find a good contact lens specialist and if still having troubles, a good ophthalmologist to treat dry eyes. Fake eyelashes won't affect your dry eyes.
