No: However, diabetics may get more frequent skin infections that resemble insect bites. Most spiders do not bite, and many patients who come to my office theink they have had an insect bite, but did not actually see the insect, and in reality have an infected skin lesion.

Mosquito bites : No, but the chances of getting a skin infection from a bug bite is higher in a diabetic.
