Yes: Quitting smoking doesn't cause withdrawal symptoms like quitting drugs. People tend to be irritable and testy and they will crave the nicotine, but this passes in five days, or so. After that, the craving is more about the habit. Some people get relief from chewing gum or eating carrot sticks. Doing things you can't do while smoking helps, too. Take a shower, or swim.
