Irretable bowel: Your GI system.....Particularly colon is inflammed. Exam, stool analysis, related lab will help. Use pepto bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) tid in the interim. Avoid hot and spicy food. You might have anxiety or stress issues.

Hello, I have been having stomach issues off and on for a few years now however it has gotten much worse the last couple months.
