Yes: After buttock augmentation with an implant, you may sit immediately, because, you won't actually be sitting on the implant (if you have good posture).

Fat Injections: Fat injections are becoming more popular for buttock augmentation. Liposuction is performed on areas that need contouring and that fat can be treated and injected into the buttock. In these cases I generally tell the patients to avoid sitting or putting pressure on the grafted area for 2-3 weeks if at all possible. That obviously is not always possible though for most people.
