Hand eczema: Hand eczema is my best guess without seeing it. There is a kind of hand eczema calle dyshidrotic eczema can cause pain, itching, blisters, little white bumps at finger tips and palms and swollen ahnds. You might want to consult a dermatolgist to give you advice.
