Change soap: First think about what you are exposing it to--soaps/etc., if these are drying, then may need to change to something more "moisturizing." other than that, try "easy" like moisturizing lotion (eucerin, etc.). If not helped, may need dr exam to be sure is not fungal infection confusing picture.
