Very common: Sometimes as the uterus is first stretching as the pregnancy is developing (very early) there is cramping pain, and it can refer to the vagina. It could be a urinary tract infection as well. You need your sonogram to make sure all is developing normally. But this doesn't sound like anything dangerous.
