Yes: If someone just got a whiff of it in a well- ventilated area, they'd probably be fine. Inhaling it for recreational use or working with it without a mask or in poorly ventilated situations is asking for trouble. Paint thinner inhalation can cause lung injury, cardiac arrhythmias, liver failure, and death. Hope this helps!
