It depends...: It depends what you mean by water blisters. A blister from friction, as you might get on your hand after a lot of digging with a shovel without gloves, is not transmissible. Vesicles, tiny fluid filled bubbles on the skin, from viral infections, however can spread. Be careful. Wash your hands frequently. Cover the area, and try not to touch your face (esp. Nose, eyes, mouth).
