when i push down on my stomach, there's so much gas in me that i feel like i'm about to blow up! what can i do?

See below: Avoid excessive fiber, eating rapidly, carbonated beverages, drinking with straws or out of narrow mouth bottles. Probiotic supplements such as align may also be helpful.

More info: Are you having any pain or just bloating ? Are you belching, vomiting. ? Have you lost weight. Are you constipated ? There are many things that can give you those symptoms. Some serious, some not. An abdominal X-ray might be a good place to start. See your MD for evaluation
