Art therapy: In the context of ongoing psychotherapy, creating art can be a great way to express inner feeling that's hard to communicate in words. That's why as a group these are called "expressive" therapies. Insights can come about complex issues, through images that may arise in dreams or reveries -- and put on paper or canvas. Some of us are better at writing than painting or drawing; many options!
