Be careful: The olive oil is meant to get your gallbladder contracting to push things out. If you have a few stones in there, you may end up in a world of hurt. Consider suporting the liver through supplementation, in which case "detox" will occur naturally. Make sure you take fiber to insure that toxins are bound up and excreted in your stool. Probiotics can help - certain bacteria recirculate toxins.
