What would a two quart 50/50 vinegar and water enema actually feel like?

Why the need?: I can't say i could tell you what it would feel like. Myself and many other naturopaths and mds that specialize in detox feel enemas are often unnecessary. Learn how to potentiate the capacity of your liver to detoxify (mthfr and other gene mutations limit this - you may need high doses of activated folate). Lots of fiber will help toxins exit your body without aggressive enemas.

Not recommended: Although I am not sure what it would actually feel like, it is not recommended to place acidic substances such as vinegar in the rectum. A 2015 study showed damage to the colon from vinegar enemas. Most of the time, enemas are not useful, but certainly one should always avoid acidic enemas. Good luck.
