How do i apply castor oil, topically?

Soaks: It's best to soak a piece of cloth with the castor oil, then place it over the area to be treated. The traditional material is flannel. You can also then place a heating pad over the cloth, but place something between them so that the heating pad doesn't come in contact with the castor oil.

Castor Oil Packs: are an old-fashioned treatment wherein you douse a folded wad of cloth and afix it to an area of of the body. I don't know about the effectiveness of this and ask you to see your doctor first so you know the source of symptoms you may be having. Peace and good health.
