A member asked:

My daughter is 14 mnth now. she has thin hair. what can i do to make her her thicker? should i apply any castor or olive oil? is it helpful? thank u.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Be patient: Hair thickness is usually quite thin in infancy and gradually thickens based on inherited genetic factors as they age.The transition is gradual and takes years. External treatments such as those you mention are messy and have no long term benefit.
