Yes: Although the data is incomplete, anti-oxidants may be helpful. Avoiding tobacco products is also important.

No: No, there is no current well-studied data to demonstrate that any dietary supplement will have any effect on pre-cancerous lesions of the cervix. Anti-oxidant type products certainly can't hurt but dont expect any grand change in your prognosis. However, many abnormal paps will clear without any grand life change. 80% + of young women with hpv will "clear" the infection in 1-2 years no matter.
