How can i let my parents know that i am having a tough time caring for them?

Love always: Saying everything positive first sets the mood. Loving parents is natural. Care may be assigned to others. Personal care assistants are trained to give care. When others give care, children can spend time with parents for enjoyment.

"The sandwich rule": Use the rule of the "sandwich". First say positive things about that person. Second express your concern (i am having a tough time caring x u). Third again express the good things about that person and about what u are doing. Don't blame people, blame circumstances.
