Heal Thyself: This is a great question. Before you can effectively care for others you must first care for yourself. Lack of patience, stress and resentment with others usually stems from an inability to self manage these emotions with yourself. Permit venting in a personal "time out" and then return with a fresh perspective. Never harber ill will with yourself as it will always carry over to others.

It's really importan: To take care of yourself, not just everyone else. Sleeping well, eating well, exercising regularly, socializing with friends, etc. In addition, being able to talk with someone on a consistent basis about the stressors is really important. Make an appointment with a therapist to talk about your feelings and to learn some other stress management techniques.
