Many: You shold discuss this with you pcp, disability specialty or other professional. There are many beds designed for the individual needs of the the patient. Beds rise higher, lower themselve lower, are wider, narrower, have different types of mattresses and resistance and have elevation of the feet or the head. Your needs should be able to be met. There are people to help you with this.

Hospital beds: Hospital beds may be helpful for disabled people, but there are not specific beds for "disabled people".
