How can i prevent utis? i get utis very often. what can i do to prevent them?

If there isn't a physical reason there are few medication management possibilities. 1) pre-prescribed as needed antibiotic use for symptoms/activities 2) alternative monthly between two antibiotics. 3) other options too.
