My brother is 14 and was breathing heavily but wouldn't respond then after a breathing tube was put in started to shake and threw up and moves but isn't awake and slurred his words once, what's going on?

Many possibilities.: There are many medical reasons this could happen. This does sound like a seizure could be involved, but there really isn't enough information to give you a clear answer.

Lack of O2 to brain: In the absence of detailed history, it sounds like there was lack of oxygen to brain with possible seizure and damage to brain.
