No Catalase: The catalase is digested in your stomach and will not reach your hair. The minerals in catalase are potentially poisonous.

Safe but ineffective: Catalase is a protein so it will be digested in the stomach , so won't be effectively absorbed as a nutrient.. I doubt that catalase, which is a natural enzyme made by the body and is involved in many normal oxidative processes, would necessarily help with gray hair.
