No it will not: No phototherapy will not cure dry skin but may make it worse use mosturisers immediately after bathing daily, do not use soap, and use liquid cleaners, like 1 dove delicate cream oil body wash 2 olay age defying body wash 3 dove pre age ody wash 4 olay ultra moisture body wash with shea butter 5 dove ultra rich cream oil body wash olay body wash plus body butter and there many be many more.
