See a doctor!!!: I am not sure how you would have gotten Azithromycin but it would not make sense for this complaint. It also depends which cream. In a very sexually active adult, as you describe, a rash on the penis that does not heal warrants a doctors visit. Usually a visual inspection or tests such as viral cultures or the blood test for syphilis can quickly find out what it is and choose the best medicine.
