I have a strange fluid-filled bumps on my skin. is this allergies or something else?

Yes: Maybe. If the fluid is thick, white, cheesy & quite small you might have molloscum contagiosum, a mild viral skin infection common in children who have eczema. If the bumps are large blisters filled with yellow fluid that itch intensely you might have contact dermatitis. A common cause of contact dermatitis is poison oak. Have an experienced physician take a look. A picture is worth a 1000 words.

Rash: Any rash needs to be looked at by a physician before giving out a diagnosis or a treatment. Don't make a five dollar bet with only three dollars in your pocket.....Get it looked at.
