What happens if my prosthetic gets damaged? are prosthetics insured against damage? what happens if mine is somehow damaged?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Medical insurance: Prosthetic repairs are usually covered by medical insurance. A physician will need to examine you and provide a prescription for the repairs. Depending on the insurance coverage the person may have to pay for part of the cost.
