It could: That early out it could be a trigger for relapse, is the procedure necessary now, could it be done without the percocet, who also is a part of your recovery, does the doctor who is doing the procedure know about your history of addiction? Meaning it can be done but you really need to take a relapse risk seriously. Many have relapse by going into similar senerio all on there own. Need accountabilit.

Maybe: Perhaps you can go increase the sedative/hypnotic (lorazepam) and add some tylenol (acetaminophen) or some other moderate pain reliever.
