How can i deal with a drug free life?

Don't go back: One thing you want to make sure is not to go back to a drug dependent one. Join a church, support group, da meeting or another "positively charged" group of people where you can get support. Get a job, go to school, discover spirituality and your life will become meaningful.

Day by day: The same way you deal with a life filled with using drugs-- day by day. It is cliche, i know, but that is why it is so true. Many people who turn to using drugs at a young age (before 25), usually do not learn coping skills that are necessary for being able to deal with the stressors of "regular" life. This is why psychiatric help is so important for most people who wish to live drug-free.
