No.: There are many good reasons to stay hydrated, but your skin is not one of them. Humans aren’t like plants; our skin doesn’t perk up when we consume water. To avoid dry skin, avoid low humidity, harsh winds, dry heat, high altitude, sun, alcohol, long baths, and harsh soaps that wash off your natural protective skin oils.
