Most people will: Most people who drink too much and have actual withdrawals will get those 2 symptoms to some degree. For some they may be more severe depending on factors such as the amount of alcohol comsumed prior. Some people may get more severe symptoms such a dt's, hallucinations and seizure.

Yes: The "shakes" or tremor in virtually 100%, and sweats in an almost equal number. Other symptoms include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, headache, hallucinations, confusion and physical signs include elevated pulse, blood pressure, temperature, increased reflexes. Anxiety and insomnia are also almost universal.
