Trampolines: In general for anyone are a bad idea. They are right up there with atv's, jetskis, wheelie shoes, razor scooters, and pole vaulting. Many a trauma I have seen from those devices and avoiding at trampoline with a spine fusion really should just be cut and dry. Bad idea!
