A member asked:

How can i help my 50 year old husband with his ed? he take blood pressure pill, but otherwise healthy.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Arteries and ED: Early loss of erection with difficulty or inability to penetrate and maintain penetration (ed) in this setting suggests an issue with blood flow. Some blood pressure medicines reduce the pressure in the arteries, which can unmask ed. Since ed can be a first sign of heart disease (and your husband has high blood pressure), it's advisable to get a full cardiac evaluation. If ok, he can try ed meds.
