A member asked:

How can i manage my minor high blood pressure problem? do i need to take pills? in only 22 years old. i have dizziness & constantly feel numb!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Good habits: Minor high blood pressure can sometimes be controlled with a healthy diet and exercise, and avoiding salt. I do not expect dizziness and numbness to be caused by slight blood pressure elevation. That would require a more complete history and physical exam to diagnose. Feel better!
