On your deathbed you will remember your friends and family; not the hours you spent on world of warcraft. Make some good memories everyday you may need those in your old age to get you by.

Good advice: The other answers are very good. Games are totally immersive now and engage almost all of our senses. Children with add seem to be vulnerable to repetitive games in some newer studies. Wait till games involve all of our senses and some people will never unplug. Get off the computer and live real life is good advice to us all.
