Yes: Naltrexone helps with cravings and comes in pill or an injection that lasts 30 days. Other meds that have also shown some promise are topamax, (topiramate) baclofen, neurontin, odansetron, bases on genetics, some people respond to certain meds better than others. All can help if motivated and getting other support.

Yes: There are a few medications used for alcohol craving. Some of them are topiramate and naltrexone. Topiramate is not fda approved for this purpose yet.
