See specialist: Chronic cough is a common reason to see a doctor. If there was no response to dulera, (formoterol and mometasone) then unlikely asthma and no response to Nexium then unlikely ge reflux. There are still many other reasons for cough including compression on airway, sinusitis, allergies, arnolds ear, sarcoid, lung tumors, etc. A lung specialist such as a pulmonologist and an allergist should be able to identify the reason.
