Four points: Infants are more likely to die or be hospitalized from a crash than an illness. Babies must: 1) have the seat fastened to the car, 2) face the back window until 1+ years and twenty or more pounds, 3) not be in front of an air bag, and 4) not be in the front seat. Never leave your baby alone in a car while you run an errand. You could lose your child to a thief or heatstroke.
