YOU NEED HELP: I'd advise you to visit your local er or prompt care. This definitely could be appendicitis, but regardless of the actual diagnosis, abdominal pain as severe as you describe needs to be evaluated promptly. Have a friend or family member take you to your local facility, and don't eat or drink again until you've been evaluated. Good luck.
