I have mirena (levonorgestrel) in. have had abdominal swelling, pain, fatigue. i can't feel the mirena (levonorgestrel) strings. could this be caused by mirena (levonorgestrel) and should i worry?

Mirena (levonorgestrel): See your ob-gyn physician since these symptoms may indeed be related to the mirena (levonorgestrel). Even if not related, the cause should be determined since they are new symptoms without a ready explanation aside perhaps the mirena (levonorgestrel).
