Sinus Headache: It's impossible to make a diagnosis over the internet, so see your doctor. But, a common cause of headaches in the forehead, especially when bending over, is sinus congestion. After your doctor excludes other causes, it can be treated with nasal saline and an antihistamine (both available without a prescription). Sometimes a nasal steroid spray can help.
