Warm sweet oil: Drop some warmed sweet oil in the affected ear to sooth it and loosten any was that may have accumulated in the ear canal. Acetaminophen for pain or better yet Ibuprofen or Naproxen will help reduce any inflammation (and pain) that may be present there.
