How can i get better orgasms after having my prostate removed from having cancer. post 5 years?

To improve orgasms, your erections should be optimized. Consider meds & other therapies to help with erections and hopefully orgasms will be more satisfying. Adt lmits sexual function, and if on these treatments, a "holiday" from them could be helpful.
