Sounds like milk: Sounds like milk is your problem - you may want to leave it out of your daily diet and see if the problem goes away. Add a daily calcium supplement (taken with food) daily if you need the extra calcium. If this doesn't solve the problem, make sure you are eating a healthy diet without processed foods and with plenty of fiber. Then talk to your md.
