1 months: A pelvic fracture typically takes 3 months to heal, but you'll improve 8% to 10% per week, so by a month you should be 40% to 50% better and ready to return to assisted living. You'll be on a walker for the first month, then a cane for a few weeks after that, then no walker or no caene after that, assuming you were walking without the use of either prior to your fall.

Non displaced ?: If non displaced and able to weight bear, they may let you go home soon. Pain control can be a challenge and walk you must to avoid complications.
