Can i be a blood donor while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No: It is not recommended to be a blood donor while pregnant or breast feeding. Both body states require a great conservation of nutrients and energy, which neither of the mentioned states can spare.

No: You should not donate blood while you are pregnant because your body is already working at capacity to make enough blood for you and baby. If you lose blood you can become severely anemic, which can be harmful to the baby and you at delivery. While breastfeeding, i still wouldn't recommend it...You are already donating so many nutrients to a baby. Your anemia can still make baby anemic as well.
