No: Best way to manage it is to prevent it by suctioning of the airway of the infant by a trained person, if depressed after the delivery. Many mas happen prior to the delivery. If the infant develops mas, standard treatment includes, oxygen, i.V fluids, antibiotics, blood gases, ventilator management, inhaled Nitric Oxide etc.

Mec aspiration & Tx: There ar no natural treatments for this. The treatments are early suctioning, oxygen therapy and epending on complications, and severity baby may need antibiotics, ventilator support, etc.
