Yes: The following chemicals/neurotransmitters can be impacted by acupuncture: serotonin, norepinephrine, sbustance p, gaba, dopamine, b- endorphin, acth, dynorphins, leucine - enkephalin & methionine-enkephalin. Different forms of acupuncture have different impacts on the body.
